That journey has not always been without setbacks. We have made mistakes, confronted them honestly, and used every lesson to sharpen our processes and raise our standards. The result is a consultancy built not just on expertise, but on hard-won, real-world experience.
Having a history of project implementation in numerous countries globally, we can scope, manage, and implement your programme no matter how small or large it may be. Our partners are an important integral part of our business — we value them and strive our utmost to fulfil all their requirements.
A note on transparency: AQB Management Consulting is a registered for-profit company. We believe NGOs deserve to know exactly where their funds go. That is why we operate with a clear and simple fee structure — our management and service fees never exceed 10% on any of our services. The remaining funds go directly to the projects, to the communities you serve. No hidden charges, no inflated costs — just honest, accountable project management.

AQB Management has a vision to be the leader in its industry of implementing global relief projects for NGOs and other partners. We aim to be the extended arm of our partners, reaching remote communities and supporting the most vulnerable and impoverished people around the world. Our goal is to alleviate the burden of project implementation, evidence-based report writing and other management services for NGOs, enabling them to focus on fundraising and other crucial aspects of their vision and mission.

Foundation
Established AQB Management Consulting as a Limited company. Defined core values, vision, mission and strategy. Built website, social media and reached out to potential clients. Implemented 10 relief projects globally.
Building Trust
Gained the trust of international NGOs and UK Charity organisations. Began implementing global relief projects and delivered 50 projects globally.
Expanding Reach
Increased NGO client network, expanded field workers across multiple countries, designed online training for all field workers, and fine-tuned services. Delivered 80 projects globally.
Scaling Impact
Reviewed and revised internal reporting structure and governance. Increased NGO partners globally and expanded project implementation. Delivered 90+ projects globally to date.
